Abstract
Lifelong learning is a basic principle of information. society, it is based on economic development. AND therefore, new generations of specialists must have the ability to self improvement. The basis of innovative methods of formation professional self-improvement must put the essence of the concept "Professional self-improvement". To do this, we have carried out structural but-semantic analysis of this concept.
