Abstract

Democratic principles of civil society development and development trends the fourth industrial revolution needed a new generation of textbooks to be focused on the capabilities and needs of children living in the digital society, and on formation of those skills that they need in the future. Of particular relevance as well scientific and practical significance is the development of new requirements for the creation, examination and evaluation of new generation textbooks and standards for their development, printing and printing.
