Abstract
The article deals with the problem of intensification correctional and developmental work with children with delayed mental development by using methods of eidetic. The content of the concept of "eidetic" is revealed. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, it is determined that these children belong to the group of the risk of developing lag in cognitive development. The preconditions for the development of the intelligence of such children are preserved. Under favorable conditions, the difficulties of their development prove to be overcome. A key role in their development is played by a timely intensive pedagogical correction. The urgent task of modern correctional pedagogy is the search for innovative pedagogical technologies to improve the effectiveness of corrective work with children with delayed mental development. The purpose of this article is to present the results of experimental testing of the influence of eidetic techniques on the effectiveness of correctional work with preschoolers with a delay in mental development. It was established that the use of eidetic techniques significantly increases the cognitive activity of children with a delay in mental development, is an effective method of enriching and securing vocabulary, memory, imagination, associative thinking, social and emotional development of children. The inclusion of eidetic techniques in working with children with a delay in mental development requires preliminary preparatory work, the games of the eidetic direction need to be gradual and instructive: detailed explanations, showing possible patterns and variants, understanding symbols, associations. The first indicators of the correction effect of the use of eidetic techniques in children is a marked increase in curiosity, inquisitiveness, communicative 355 activity during classes, the manifestation of arbitrariness, analyzing perception and imagination, as well as the independent search for associative images in surrounding subjects. The article defines the main directions of improvement of the content of correctional and developmental work with children with delayed mental development by using methods of eidetic.
