Abstract

At this stage of the study, a team of researchers made an analysis of the leading domestic and foreign experience of economic activity of higher education institutions of Ukraine and the world, normative-legal regulators, measuring the results of their economic activities. In carrying out this stage of scientific research scientists of the Department of Economics of Higher Education of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine proceeded from the fact that the reform of modern higher education takes place in a market economy, the growth of global outflows free economic competition and implementation of recommendations and requirements of international standards and classifiers.In these In these conditions, universities are institutional units engaged in economic activities for the provision of services in higher education as a primary type and secondary and auxiliary in other areas. The publication will be useful for researchers, heads of higher education institutions, central officials executive bodies, legal entities and individuals interested in expanding the financial autonomy of free economic zones.
