Abstract
In the increasingly global process of cultural globalization, particularly notable is that the system of training managers focused on the development of highly quality management education to cohort which include heads of secondary schools is far deficient in Ukraine. The current head of the CEI should combine professionalism with a broad world view, ready to master the fundamentals of management education, new forms, methods, interactive educational technologies that will give him the confidence to compete and institutions. Managerial competence CEI heads should promote a positive image and the image of the institution, to maintain an optimistic approach to reality, be persistent in stressful situations socialize in a crisis. For it to be a high level of general and organizational culture. In terms of structural features and functional features of culture – is extremely complex social phenomenon. Culture – is all that is created by human society exists due to physical and mental labor people, in spite of natural phenomena. This degree of excellence achieved in mastering of a field of knowledge or activity. Culture encompasses a set of social achievement of society in the material and spiritual life of the people reflects certain level of intellectual development of man and of humanity, of values and norms that regulate the activity of individual, collective and institutional actors of social life. Modern culture inherent in new, innovative development vectors, which are generally conditioned globalization processes. We note that the vast majority of modern researchers emphasize that globalization of modern cultural development greatly complicates the task of scientific understanding of the phenomenon of culture as well as its functional specificity. Of particular note is an important component of the management culture of the head – organizational culture. At the organizational culture affect individual skills and inclinations, needs and interests, political views, professional competence, moral values, temperament. A deeper understanding of the nature and conditions of organizational culture CEI heads can be achieved by means of the development on the structure, functions and methods in the process of creating an image of the head of the institution.
