Abstract
The article deals with the problem of creating a model for effective management of innovative activity in an educational institution and positioned theoretical and applied vectors of the introduction of innovative technologies in the development of a modern school. In recent years, the theory and practice of managing social systems, including institutions of general secondary education, has undergone significant development. Namely, the theory of management has evolved from school education – the science of management education process to management education – the science of effective school management in market conditions on a professional basis. Practical achievements are the increase of the level of competence of managers in management activities, the separation of management activities from teaching, the acquisition of managers of vocational education in management of organizations. However, the problem of preventing the development of public requirements for the management of innovation activities in institutions of general secondary education (ZSSO) remains unresolved in theory and practice. The solution to this problem is not only the need for time, but also the need to provide a higher level of management and educational activity, especially in the period of reorientation of the state policy to a individual with an individually stimulating and investment-oriented direction. The research of the problems of successful management of innovative processes in secondary schools has made it possible to identify the factors that stimulate such activity and ensure their progressive development. First, it is the creation of conditions for innovative activity, the target and value aspects of management, its technological support.
