Abstract
The article presents some theoretical results of pedagogical research management development of the creative potential of the teaching staff in secondary schools. The present content of the creative potential of the teaching staff, which makes not only the importance of analyzing different methodological and conceptual approaches in his study, but also need to consider this phenomenon in different conceptual systems. An important condition for the successful management of the pedagogical team is the ability to transform the experience of individual teachers in a collective experience, the ability to form a positive image of the team position it best achievements, completion and findings. We believe that in today's creative pedagogical teams introducing new technologies and ways of working with students, improving practice and theory training, education, personal development, realized the talent of each teacher. Collaboration has experienced and young staff, taking care of them forecasting growth of young teachers, mutual assistance, mentoring, ability to perceive observations to enjoy the success of his colleagues – is a feature of creative teaching staff. In turn, the increasing demand for professional activity CEI heads to create conditions for the development of the creative potential of teaching staff. Creative teaching staff – a team, where each person can develop in their professional activities, having the support of their research and initiatives; where an atmosphere of unity and goodwill that is conducive to creating a positive image of the institution; where success breeds success, especially for the development of the creative potential of teachers.
