Abstract

The article presents the results of an experimental study conducted in October - November 2019, which relates to the vitality of teachers of the Far Eastern National University “Kiev Higher Professional School of Technology and Clothing Design”, in which 35 people took part. A study was conducted of the characteristics of resilience, professional motivation, self-realization, self-efficacy and emotional burnout of teachers. The correlation between most of the studied indicators is determined. The results are presented in tables and conclusions. The results of the study are planned to be used to scientifically substantiate the development of a system of general measures aimed at promoting the personal and professional self-realization of teachers and increasing their professional viability.
