Abstract

The analysis of experimental research results of children's educational institutions educators' professional hardiness is presented in the article. In particular, the levels of professional hardiness of educators of children's educational institutions are determined as well as the average index ​​of professional hardiness of educators. The article presents and analyzes of links between the constituents and components of of children's educational institutions educators' professional hardiness.
