Abstract
The textbook is the result of the second stage of collective research work on the topic: "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the introduction of blended learning technologies in the open postgraduate education system" RK № 0117U002382 (2017-2019). The training modules of advanced training are systematically stated, which corresponds to the educational and professional program of advanced training of managers, academic and pedagogical staff in distance learning and information-communication technologies, which is based on the competence approach, shares the philosophy of determining the requirements and in the European Commission's International Project "Tuning Educational Structures in Europe (TUNING)". Aspects of innovative technology of blended learning are revealed: theoretical (from genesis to didactics), institutional, managerial-technological and pedagogical. Recommendations on technologies for the organization of blended learning in postgraduate education institutions have been developed. Models of blended learning in the system of open postgraduate education in general, in advanced training courses in particular are proposed. The textbook is based on activities: it includes blocks of self-examination, creative questions and practical tasks. For managerial, academic and pedagogical staff of postgraduate education institutions, applicants for higher education.
