Abstract

The transformation of the goal of the tasks of primary education has led to a rethinking of its results, which are subject to the selection of content and means of its mastering. This requires accelerating research on the following issues: systematic and interconnected formation of key and subject competencies, technologies for the formation of basic learning skills; a new system of monitoring and evaluation of personal development and academic achievement of pupils.
