Abstract

Significant role and place in the process of preparation for life and work, allocated to the system of general secondary education. In the process of organization of education and upbringing aimed at the execution of Staršoklasnikom linear and nonlinear educational, life and labour tasks, the key place of the allotted teacher, which ensures the fulfillment of educational tasks in the real conditions of society development. Their professional training must meet modern personal needs and public requests.
