Abstract

The content of the article raises issues that are directly related to interactive content and innovative educational techniques that allow students to develop critical thinking. Many researchers and teachers believe that the so-called STEM education should be introduced in Ukrainian schools. Since geography as a subject has a cross-curricular and interdisciplinary nature, and STEM-learning also has an integrated content, the author believes that creating elective courses should be an integrated direction, in which all the semantic lines of this acronym would be observed.
