Abstract
The professional activities of American educators are becoming increasingly difficult due to the different ethnic and social backgrounds of students, the diversity of languages, cultures, learning styles, and individual preferences and potential. The country needs training programs that train teachers who not only understand and are able to meet the diverse needs of today's youth, but can also teach, evaluate the content that 21st century students need to learn and put into practice in a multicultural environment.
