Abstract

The methodological manual is revealed and substantiated in the practical manual principles, content and procedural characteristics of development forecasting general secondary education. Submitted developed, substantiated and tested methods of forecasting the development of general secondary education. The practical guide is addressed to the heads of government education of different levels, principals and deputy principals of schools, teachers, methodologists, students of educational and qualification level "master", teachers, researchers of the general secondary education system. Practical the manual will promote the development of the domestic general secondary system education, improving its quality by developing sound forecasts and recommendations for the implementation of this process; will contribute to the quality preparation of educational entities for prognostic activities.
