Abstract

The monograph presents the theoretical results of a holistic interdisciplinary scientific analysis of the problem of forecasting the development of general secondary education, reveals its theoretical and methodological principles. The component composition of the forecast background for the development of general secondary education has been clarified. The main methods and means of forecasting the development of general secondary education are described. The methodological tools and theoretical model of forecasting the development of general secondary education as a level system, the prognostic model of the development of primary education are developed and substantiated in the course of the research. The monograph is addressed to heads of education management bodies of different levels, principals and deputy principals of schools, teachers, methodological, applicants for higher education at the educational and qualification level "master", teachers, researchers of general secondary education. The monograph will promote the development of the domestic system of general secondary education, improve its quality, will be useful for further theoretical and applied research of the education system of Ukraine, theory and practice of educational and pedagogical forecasting, preparation of educational entities for educational and pedagogical forecasting.
