Professionalization of andragogues provides a long continuous path to the top of professional skills through self-education, training, accumulation of experience, self-improvement and development. There are primary and secondary professionalization. Primary professionalization involves the comprehensive development of personality, the formation of professional skills, the transformation of a specialist into a professional.
