Abstract
The system of professional development is the most important component of continuing education, because its effective organization, filling with new content, effectiveness of andragogical methods, technologies, unity of course and intercourse periods as a holistic andragogical cycle, etc. are not only a challenge of time, but above all . The modern system of professional development is designed to satisfy professional, individual, socio-cultural needs of customers of educational services, to create such a differentiated space that motivates constant creative self-actualization in professional and personal dimensions through formal and informal education, allows the specialist to maintain or improve standards. professional activity and lasts a lifetime. Taking into account innovative educational challenges, inquiries of customers of educational services and key stakeholders, research and teaching staff of the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Vocational Education developed working curricula of modules for professional development of teachers of vocational higher education institutions in accordance with of professional (subject) competencies of pedagogical workers of institutions of professional higher education »/ Victoria Sidorenko, Andrey Ermolenko. Kyiv: Agroosvita, 2020. 74 p. » Working curricula have been developed for the modules "Fundamentals of Andragogy", "Methods of Teaching Professional Disciplines", "Digital Technologies in Education".
