Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of using the resource management submodel of basic educational institutions. It is reasonable to draw attention of the heads of educational establishments to the specific features of resource management of educational establishments and their branches for the purpose of their effective management. The author's vision of the concept of «resource management» of the basic educational establishment is presented: as material and technical (material and technical base of the educational establishment: equipmentfor classrooms, workshops, gyms, other rooms); financial and economic (accounting and rational use of funds on the basis of estimates, maintaining statistical and accounting reports); personnel (recruitment, diagnostics of qualitative composition of teaching staff and formation of advanced training system, course retraining, self‐educational activity of teaching staff, mentoring, internship, counselling;) scientific and methodological (acquisition and creation of scientific and methodological manuals, textbooks and programs for individuals), organization of multilevel scientific and methodological work with pedagogical staff); information and communication (acquisition and use of computer and office equipment, software, creation of communication system on websites, in blogs and cyber‐groups, creation of electronic documents circulation in the educational establishment and its branches), economic support (purchase and maintenance of household appliances, school buses, cars, other equipment and household equipment) etc. It is recommended for managers to create their own models of resource support management for basic educational institutions and its affiliates.
