Abstract

It is a question of civilizational progress in professional development pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, which is now aimed at personal development. Its basis at different stages of life is the ability of the individual, the individual to turn their own lives into a subject of conscious dynamic change, developing their professional culture.
