Abstract

Formulation of the problem. Today, digitalization of education and science is a strategic direction of Ukraine's development. Constant growth of consumer services for 87 information technologies, increasing demand in the labor market, integration of information technologies into the educational sphere [1]. The Scientific Electronic Library of the NAPS of Ukraine (NEB NAPS of Ukraine), created on the basis of the Eprints system, is an important means of informatization of education and science. Researchers and all those interested have the opportunity to use the services of the NEB in the public domain, namely: store, search, view, download information resources, as well as monitor the publication and dissemination of the results of psychological and pedagogical research. NEB NAPS of Ukraine has relevant statistical services that allow on a regular basis to collect and process data on various aspects of the use of electronic resources [2].
