Abstract

The textbook "Tolok out-of-school" substantiates as an alternative model of professional development of leaders and teachers of out-of-school educational institutions in the New Ukrainian school, which allows the main goal of out-of-school education - harmonious development of personality, interests, abilities, support of talented youth. in professional self-determination, obtaining additional education. The stages of project preparation and its implementation are detailed, various educational and methodical materials for adult education are developed (training exercises, questionnaires, games, andragogical methods, techniques, technologies). The chosen form of presentation of educational material - a methodical guide - serves as a guide and a kind of compass for finding and implementing innovative approaches, methods, techniques, technologies in adult education. The methodological guide may be of interest to various categories of educators involved in the organization of lifelong learning for adults. For andragogues, organizers of postgraduate pedagogical education, students of advanced training courses for teachers, heads of extracurricular education, secondary schools and institutions of general secondary education, methodological services of all levels, as well as all those interested in modernizing domestic formal, non-formal and informal adult education .
