Abstract

The article considers the role of organizational culture in the life of the general institution secondary education (hereinafter - ZZSO). The transformation process has taken over the education sector: there is a change in priorities and values, management system, content of education, quality requirements education and educational activities ZZSO, there is a search for resources for the implementation of the state tasks [1].
