Abstract

We now live in an extremely dynamic, interdependent knowledge-based information society. Conditions for the development of society change a person, the nature of his work and the requirements for professional training. The short life cycle of knowledge, skills and professions puts before people and education the requirement of continuity of education and constant updating of individual ability and advanced training. Life requires constant learning.
