Abstract

The textbook should provide education leaders with a knowledge system and a new one information that will allow to effectively carry out management activities of teams, which they head. This requirement provided for the definition of logical structure and content textbook, the inclusion of topics related to such civilizational phenomena as man, management, organization, information, state educational policy, defined by law forms of management, stratagems of innovative development of applicants in the field of education and its consideration.
