Abstract
The author states that the Chinese government considers the development of vocational education, in particular the development of teacher education, as a priority. It is revealed that the development of pedagogical education should be focused on the application of new technologies, the introduction of innovations in the educational process, self-improvement of pedagogical education and improving its quality, which meets world standards. It is concluded that pedagogical education in China is an integral part of the professional education system and one of the key links that determine the quality and prospects of education.
