Abstract

The theses say that education appears as a social and humanitarian technology in several dimensions: as part of the pervasive influence of the media, as a special social Institute in the broad sense of the word, as a set of specific educational institutions, and as "techno" - art in the ancient sense. It has been established that education as a “techno” brings us closer to understanding. The deep essence of education as a humanitarian technology. It is shown that education as a techne is a creative activity aimed at another man as a special kind of technet.
