Abstract

The main aspects of educational reform are considered in the article. The question of quality of education is taken up, except professional, the factors are determined, which influence on its quality. The content of educational standards and the level of teacher’s competence of professional educational establishment and their influence on quality of specialists’ training are analyzed in the article.
