Abstract

The textbook reveals the general foundations of higher school pedagogy, issues of didactics and theory of education of students of higher educational institutions. Considerable attention is paid to the problems of formation of pedagogical culture of the teacher and aspects of his scientific organization of work. The sequence and features of formation and development of higher education in Ukraine and the influence of advanced pedagogical thought on it are highlighted.
