Abstract

The book made historical and pedagogical analysis of formation and development of postgraduate education in Ukraine defectologists reasonably periods of operation since the second half of the XX to XXI century. The influence of correctional education system children with mental and physical development and mental retardation science to the level of professional qualification of teaching staff of special schools. Deals with the contribution of research institutions, universities, departments of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine, scientists and practitioners in the organization and improvement of postgraduate education defectologists.
