Abstract

The paper identifies and analyzes key trends in Polish education in terms of reforming the country's educational policy, namely: modernization of education, modernization of education, increasing the prestige of the teaching profession, modernization of labor standards for teachers, increasing salaries, introduction of modern technologies in the educational process, actualization of vocational education reform. It is concluded that modernization processes in education with an emphasis on improving quality at all levels meets the expectations of the teaching community and the entire Polish society.
