Abstract

The study found that in the late 1990s, the development of general secondary education began to take shape such strategic trends as informatization and computerization of education, the introduction of standardization of educational levels, curtailing the network of rural ungraded schools, secondary vocational educational institutions, and out-of-school educational institutions.
