Abstract
The peculiarities of implementation of socio-political reforms in Ukraine in the context of modern transformations are highlighted. Foreign and domestic policy factors that influence the dynamics and effectiveness of these reforms are highlighted. According to the author, the main obstacle in the way of Ukrainian reforms is the domestic political factor. Among its main features: elite consolidation, corruption, permanent, uncivilized (largely - immoral) struggle of financial and economic and political groups for power, consumer attitude to own it. The content and the state of implementation of the Program of the Reform Strategy 2020 are initiated in detail. It is emphasized that the determining, key mechanism of the process of social consolidation is the motivational and semantic factor (set of internal and external driving forces) as an incentive to activity, defining its boundaries and forms. It is motives and meanings that direct and orient toward the achievement of certain goals - personal and public. In this sense, it is extremely important to form in the mass consciousness an understanding of the causes and consequences of modern phenomena and processes, to determine the prospects and ways of overcoming them. The openness, transparency and consistency of the new government will be crucial in maintaining social unity and mobilizing to overcome the effects of the socio-political crisis. The identification of features and political analysis of the implementation of socio-political reforms in Ukraine made it possible to draw some conclusions, as well as outlining possible directions, ways and forms of improvement of these processes.
