Abstract
Preprint "Analysis of leading domestic and foreign experience in assessing the quality of higher education in the context of European integration: analytical materials (part II)" prepared on the basis of the results of the second stage of scientific research on the topic "Mechanisms for assessing the quality of higher education in the context of European integration" by a team of scientists and scholars in higher education of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. At this research stage, practical approaches to implementing mechanisms for assessing the quality of higher education are identified.The work makes sense of domestic and foreign experience, examines examples, systematically classifies mechanisms for assessing the quality of higher education in the context of European integration and global globalization. The criteria and indicators for creating mechanisms for evaluating the quality of higher education are summarized. The principles of an effective policy and strategy of developing a system of ensuring and improving the quality of higher education and transformation of higher education management in the context of forming a leadership culture of competitive higher education quality in Ukraine are substantiated. The publication will be useful for teachers, researchers, supervisors and higher educators, as well as other people interested in upgrading this educational unit.
