Abstract

Professional development as a continuous process has been monitored using the Schuhart-Deming cycle (PDCA or Deming wheel). The Schuhart-Deming Cycle (PDCA or PDSA), or the Deming Wheel, is a common method of continuous quality management, a tool for improving various aspects of both the organization and professional development of an individual specialist in particular. It is stated that the desired result is achieved more effectively when a professional manages his professional activities and related resources as a continuous process. Persistence, cyclicality in process improvement, decision-making remain unchanged.
