Abstract

Self-coaching is described as one of the technologies for training a specialist, creative, with an innovative type of thinking, motivated, competent. Technology of pedagogical self-instruction, professional self-realization and self-improvement, which is based on the teacher's responsibility for his own thoughts, actions, development of his own professionalism, pedagogical creativity and mastery in the individual educational trajectory.  Self-realization in this sense is not so much a result but a process - a continuous, cyclical one that lasts a lifetime. The teacher, taking responsibility, using technologies and techniques of self-coaching will be able to successfully simulate and realize the processes of self-education and self-development, both personal and professional. The material is developed according to the formula of competence approach (knowledge - ability - skills - ways of thinking - values). The topic is considered under the headings "It is necessary to know", "It is necessary to be able", "It is necessary to possess".
