Abstract

The article deals with topical issues of information and communicative competence of students with impaired vision, peculiarities of organization of educational process, creation of conditions for development of cognitive processes, mental and communicative actions. Didactic capabilities of multimedia tools are designed to create conditions for the development of pupils with visual impairment of cognitive processes, education of positive qualities of personality, mental and physical abilities, communicative development.
