Abstract

The article highlights methodological approaches to the formation of cultural competence in young children with visual impairments, lessons in fine arts and music; results of the analysis of scientific and methodological sources on the issues of cultural competence of young school children; the tasks and principles of forming the cultural competence of children with visual impairments are outlined.
