Abstract
The article outlines the basic strategies of psychological support for children with special needs in view of the integration of such children into the unified educational system of the comprehensive school. At the same time, practice shows that these children today can be individually, integrated or inclusive. However, regardless of the form of education, the involvement of a child with special educational needs in the institution requires its obligatory psychological support, because whatever the potential for the development of the child, it always has specific difficulties caused by impaired development. Therefore, an attempt was made to reveal psychological support as a comprehensive system of psychological conditions, support, assistance, which ensures the successful stay of each child in a specific educational environment.
