Abstract
In the process of organizing a healthy lifestyle, senior pupils should learn to develop an individual development plan on the basis of knowledge about: the peculiarities of internal organs work; General principles and recommended food schemes; The complex of admissible psychophysiological loads; System of health and preventive measures, etc. Efficiency of competence development is ensured by means of realization of educational content: Fundamentals of Health – human health, life safety, physical component of health, social component of health, mental and spiritual components of health; Physical Culture – theoretical and methodological knowledge, general physical training.
