Abstract
The article presents the analysis of the organization and provide distance learning for children with visual impairments, specified as methodological apparatus and the conditions for effective support of the educational needs of children with visual impairments. The aim of the article is to identify the current challenges in the education of children with visual impairments, identifying areas and individual conditions of implementation of distance learning, organizational and methodological principles. Research methods this problem is the analysis, comparison and systematization of scientific-methodical, domestic and foreign literature on special pedagogy and psychology. The result of this research is to detect children with visual impairment special educational needs in individualized learning environments, including technical means, special methods of teaching. It helped to describe the features of education students with visual deprivation, and to recommend teplotechnics devices to support distance learning in accordance with individual possibilities for blind students and visually impaired. So, specialized educational services for pupils with visual impairment aimed at the development of information and communication competence and skills of using computer technology as a means of compensation of impairments when working with information. The system of education and upbringing for blind children and children with visual impairments is an essential part of educational process and requires taking into account age peculiarities, physical and mental capabilities of students and functional indicators of visual impairments. A child with visual impairment has every opportunity for a high level of psychophysical development and a full knowledge of the surrounding world based on the saved analstars system. Thus, for the effective organization of distance learning for blind children and children with visual impairments need to use additional special hardware and software tools that will provide the opportunity to work with a personal computer and common programs, and this text editors, Internet browsers etc. Standardization of basic computer hardware and software will greatly facilitate the setup, maintenance, modernization, and will open up more learning opportunities.
