Abstract

It is proved that the emergence of synergetic effect in the process of development of academic giftedness should be accompanied by quantitative and qualitative changes in the indicators of training. Indicators of such changes are the dynamics of the main learning dominant according to the chain "non-adherence — indifference — tendency" to risk, highlighting qualitative transformations and determining the motivation to achieve success/prevent failures, and/or positive dynamics of the levels of harassment of those who learns that adequately determines the adequacy of their self-esteem. Recommendations for the application of known tests and questionnaires to establish levels of academic talent are presented. Recommendations for solving open and closed tasks of decision-making and constructing evaluation functions of usefulness (desirability) of score scales and their comprehensive analysis for establishing basic educational dominants and levels of claims of students, which are indicators of synergetic effect. Recommendations for the implementation of U. James formula to establish levels of adequacy of self-esteem under the conditions of quantitative and qualitative score scales for assessing the levels of educational achievements of students. Using the example of a 12-grade scale, the method of dephasification of qualitative estimates of score scales is substantiated. A multiplicative approach to establishing an integrative proactive assessment of students' attitudes to learning results has been disclosed, to which the system property of emergence is inherent. The algorithm of achieving synergetic effect in the process of academic giftedness development is presented and recommendations for its application are developed. The manual is addressed to scientists and practical teachers who are engaged in the development of academic talent of those who study. It can also be useful for use in advanced training courses for pedagogical staff, as well as in the educational process of higher education institutions.
