Abstract
In the article the author summarizes the results of the study of pedagogical team as a toolkit for creating a developing harmonious environment of competence-oriented learning in conditions of the institution of general secondary education. The author's technology is innovative and can be used to manage educational institutions. It consists in identifying the characteristics of participants in the educational process, which really affect their activities and cause comfortable working conditions. In modern education, such phenomenon as emotional and professional burnout of teachers is widespread, characterized by irritability or indifference in communication with students and colleagues, lack of interest in environment and the results of their own work. Such a phenomenon creates tension in a team and is extremely unproductive. Our technology makes it possible to identify provoking negative factors for a person and to avoid them and create conditions for comfortable work. In addition to summarizing results, the school leadership has an individual characterization for each working person. In the author’s opinion, this allows to make a technological map of the educational management process for planning strategic and tactical tasks and goals. This will have a positive impact on quality of teaching process, on mood and health of teachers, on student's progress and satisfaction of parents and will improve the image of the еducational institution. The end users of the educational product are students. Therefore, the learning opportunities of pupils and their personal qualities should be the subject of research for teachers, for scientists and authors of textbooks, otherwise the pedagogical processes will be inappropriate and ineffective. The article emphasizes that psychological qualities of students that are identified and taken into account in communication will help activate their intellectual and creative activity. Using management technology may help to avoid the expression of age-old teenage crises and make school a pleasant and desirable place for students. The author shows the important role of parents in school life. New times require new approaches and methods in solving educational problems. In the article the author proposes a new method for harmonization of moral climate in relations between participants in the educational process and increasing the productivity of training in a competence-oriented direction.
