Abstract
The methodological recommendations are intended for psychologists, graduate students of psychological and pedagogical profile, university professors, curators of student groups and pedagogues androgogs. The first section of the methodological recommendations reveals the psychological features of the spiritual and character development of the individual during early adulthood. The second section deals with the psychological determinants of disharmonious character development. The third section discusses the psychological mechanism of actualization of spiritual potential, which is a determinant of harmonious character development and the solution of human psychological problems. The fourth section presents in detail the psychodiagnostic toolkit for the study of characteristics of character, spiritual potential and psychological problems of early adulthood. The fifth section is devoted to the directions and methods of spiritual and psychological support of adults aimed at harmonizing the character development of students of higher education institutions. The introduction of methodological recommendations in the practice of psychological services in the higher education system of Ukraine will provide psychological and pedagogical workers with the means of spiritual and psychological support, which will promote the personal growth of graduates of higher educational institutions, actualization of their spiritual potential, which determines the harmonious nature of the psychologic nature of the spectrum. the transition to adulthood.
