Abstract

The article presents the directions of spiritual and moral development of the personality of the modern teacher, which promotes the harmonization of his character and positively influences the quality of professional and pedagogical activity. The author presents methodical recommendations for the development of spiritual qualities and harmonization of the character of the future teacher.
