Abstract
The article talks about using Кaizen game methods in managing the development of a skills training institution. It states the lack of Ukrainian structured research of this issue. The author also analyzes the publication of international authors, paying specific attention to the principles allowing to drastically increase the labour productivity, and maintain ongoing sustainable progress. Stressing the need for implementing corporate culture in training institutions as well as the necessity to form specialized management culture targeted at constant improvement, the author underscores the importance of implementing practices that focus on constant improvement of the training process, development of business plans, strategic management, as well as other aspects of the training institutions’ operation. The author also underlines the importance of planned improvement in all areas of human activity: labour, social, and personal.
