Abstract
Report for the second stage of scientific research "The Methodology of the Open Electronic Educational and Science Systems Use for the Scientific and Pedagogical Professionals' Informational and Research Competence Development". Field of application: educational, pedagogical sciences. The object of the study is the development of information and research competence of scientific and research staff. The subject of the research is the use of open electronic scientific-educational systems for the development of information-research competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers. Purpose of the scientific research: to develop a technique of using open electronic scientific-educational systems for the development of information-research competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers. Research Methods - A systematic approach to information selection, phenomenon study, interconnection and interdependence detection, trend detection, presentation of a holistic picture of the subject under study, generalized scientific and pedagogical experience based on common scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. The analysis of philosophical, psychological-pedagogical and methodological literature of domestic and foreign authors, normative-legal documentation, scientific and special literature, study and generalization of domestic and foreign experience of using electronic scientific-educational systems for the development of information and scientific research competence , study of the results of international monitoring studies, normative documents of international organizations, diagnostic methods (questionnaire s). Main results of Stage I (01.01.2018-31.12.2018) of scientific research: the model of use of open electronic scientific and educational systems for development of information and research competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical employees is substantiated and developed, including four blocks: meaningful, organizational-activity and result-diagnostic. The model developed is a holistic system of interconnected components (blocks), which must ensure the achievement of this goal. The content, forms, methods and means of using open electronic scientific-educational systems for the development of information-research competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff are distinguished. The components of the methodology of the use of open electronic scientific and educational systems for the development of information and research competence of scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers, including a set of separate methods, are defined, namely: the use of services of scientific electronic libraries, electronic journal open systems on the Open Journal Systems platform, electronic social networks, Google cloud services, and Google Analytics, Ukrainian Science Bibliometrics, and Scientific Researchers' Digital IDs. General conclusions about the implementation of the second stage of the research: the model of using open electronic scientific and educational systems for the development of information and research competence of scientific and scientific and pedagogical staff is developed and substantiated. The implementation of the model contains scientific approaches and didactic principles that are consistent with the concepts of open, continuing education and adult learning. The developed methodology, which contains separate methods, is a powerful auxiliary tool for the development of information and research competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff, has a positive effect on the effectiveness of scientific research, will satisfy scientific and pedagogical needs to support the conduct of scientific research.
