Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problem of quality assurance of professional development of specialists and the achievement of competitive advantages and gaining sustainable positions in the educational services market. It is determined that the priority areas of activity of postgraduate education institutions are the formation of positive image of the educational institution, the ability to meet the demand and expectations of educational service customers. An analysis of the source base of the study was carried out regarding the components of the monitoring system of satisfaction with educational services, facilities, subjects of monitoring and the complex of monitoring indicators. The expediency of methodical support of monitoring and evaluation of the level of satisfaction of customers of educational services in the process of professional development of specialists in the field of vocational education is substantiated. It is revealed that the indicated direction of research contributes to the formation of an effective information system, which allows timely to identify and track problems in the educational process, promptly to respond to the needs and requests of key stakeholders, to support making sound management decisions and predicting their future consequences. The questionnaire was designed in a way to clarify customer expectations and to determine the level of quality of the provision of education services in professional development courses for specialists of vocational education. The methodology of the research was adapted to the assessment of satisfaction with the quality of the organization and conduct of courses, the content of the educational and professional program and the system of relations "teacher-listener" in Bilotserkivsky Institute of Continuous Professional Education. The questionnaire data obtained during the research are analyzed on the basis of generalization of the offers of the listeners of professional development courses and regional Training and Methodological centers of vocational education, the recommendations as for the quality of professional development of specialists are formulated. The expediency of integration of procedure of estimation of level of satisfaction of customers of educational services into the components of the system of monitoring the quality of professional development of specialists in the field of vocational education is substantiated.
