Abstract
In the article raised the question of non-classical nucleation (adaptive) pedagogy in conditions of technological development reality assessment of existing theories and values, without which does not possible shaping a person in tomorrow's civilized society. In these conditions a person must accept responsibility for the dynamics of social and natural harmony of management. To form such a person, opposed to modern form existence, designed with new non-classical pedagogy of systemic adaptive function, which were in the writings of V. Kremenia, V. Аndrushchenka, О. Vyshnevskoho and others. Presented the concept of new technological support adaptive training primary school teachers in conditions of multiple development of the Higher Education, implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About the Higher Education".
