Abstract
The expediency and perceptiveness of the use of Playback Theatre in working with children in the extracurricular education system is substantiated in the theoretical and methodological development. Examples from the experience of various forms of such innovative work are given. It is shown that the main group of soft skills that will develop the most is, first of all, the skills of the communication unit. We analyze those that are purposefully formed and fixed during the active participation of children in Playback Theatre classes, namely: emotional sensitivity and empathy, creativity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to interact with others.
